U.S. Orders - Order 4 or more shirts and you'll get absolutely FREE STANDARD SHIPPING!! You heard us correctly... you don't pay a thing! When ordering 1, 2 or 3 shirts the shipping charge is only a $5.75 flat fee for the entire package. All U.S. orders are shipped via Priority Mail, United Parcel Service or First Class Mail. We choose the carrier based upon the most efficient way of delivering your package. Under normal circumstances, you should receive your order (U.S. orders only) within 7-10 business days. If you are in a hurry then choose Express Delivery for a flat rate of $22.95 per order. Rush Orders requesting Express Delivery should be received within 1-3 business days. Please add an additional 2-3 business days when ordering personalized shirts.
International - Presently, we ship to most foreign countries. We ship via the United States Postal Service's Global Priority Mail or the most efficient carrier. International orders are usually received within 2-3 weeks. Our international rates are as follows:
Canada: $12.95 per order
All Other Countries: $19.95 per order

What is your money back guarantee and return policy?

We want you happy each and every time you buy from us. If you don't like what we sent you, let us know. We'll immediately issue you a refund, replacement, or merchandise credit for any product that has not been personalized or customized. For our personalized and customized products, we guarantee that they will be 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship. If they’re not, you may return them to us in their original condition for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund. And we'll be friendly about it too with no hassles -- that's our commitment to customer service excellence!
Our return policy...
For a full product refund, store credit, or exchange, please return your shirt(s) to us within 30 days of when you receive them, by the most cost effective carrier (usually this is the US Postal Service), and in original condition (please, no worn or washed shirts). Please include a copy of the invoice you received with a note indicating if you’d prefer an exchange, replacement or a refund. We'd also like to know why you're returning the product, so we can improve our products and service. Exchanges for a different style, size or color not due to a manufacturing defect or an order processing error will incur normal shipping charges when the product is reshipped to you. If you’re requesting a refund not due to a manufacturing defect or order processing error, we will gladly refund you the cost of the merchandise only. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you the cost of the shipping unless there is manufacturing defect or there was a mistake made in processing your order.
Keep in mind that personalized and customized items cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship and/or order processing errors.
We do recommend that you return products to us insured. The United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS) will insure your package to guard against loss. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered, we can't give you a refund.
Cancellations and changes must be made by close of the same business day you place your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery at the speed of light (OK, not that quickly but we try)...
Under normal circumstances, you should receive your order (U.S. orders only) within 7-10 business days. If you are in a hurry then choose Express Delivery for a flat rate of $22.95 per order. Rush Orders requesting Express Delivery should be received within 1-3 business days. Please add an additional 2-3 business days when ordering personalized shirts. Our standard method of shipping is Priority Mail. However, from time to time we also use United Parcel Service and First Class Mail. It may take us a little longer during the busy holiday periods. If you are in a real hurry, please send us an email after placing your order and we'll do our best to give your order special attention. Orders requesting Express Delivery will be placed on the top of the pile for immediate processing.
For international shipments, we ship via the United States Postal Service's Global Priority Mail. International orders are usually received within 2-3 weeks. If your country is not listed in the Country pull-down menu, please email us.

Is everything in stock all the time?
Like our company refrigerator, we don’t like running out...
We normally keep enough shirts on hand to fill each and every order. However, from time to time, we do run out of certain products (although it’s the exception not the rule). You will be notified by our customer service department via email to let you know the status of your order and any potential changes.

Which side of the shirt is the graphic printed on?
Our designs are printed on the front of the shirt but...
Except for a couple of biker designs, all of our shirts are printed on the front. By special request (just send us an email after ordering) we'll print the design on the back. There is a $2.00 charge for this service.

Tell me about shirt sizing and fabric content? I just ate dessert, should I order an XL?
Sizes are measured in inches around the highest part of the chest and shoulder blades, under the armpit. We recommend looking at your favorite, most comfortable T-Shirt sitting in your drawer now and checking the label. If it’s a large, order a large from us. If it’s a XXXL, then order the same with us. If the shirt is so old, it no longer has a label, then you’ll need to get technical and click here for detailed shirt measurements.
Our Designs are printed on the best garments in the industry...
Our top quality adult T-Shirts and long sleeve T-Shirts are 100% preshrunk cotton (Ash is 90% Cotton, 10% Polyester), 5.6 oz, shoulder-to-shoulder tape, seamless collar, and double needle construction throughout.
For sweatshirts (both youth and adult), we use a premium-weight, high quality garment made of 50% cotton and 50% polyester that we feel is the best in the business.
For youth t-shirts and sweatshirts, we use a premium weight 50% cotton, 50% polyester blend, for maximum durability and minimum shrinkage.
Our Woman's T-Shirt dresses are 100% preshrunk heavyweight cotton, 5.6oz, bound neck, 37" long, double needle sleeve and bottom hem.
Our Scoop Neck T-Shirts are a 5.6 oz. heavyweight 100% cotton garment, preshrunk to keep its good looks. This woman's shirt has a bound neck, double-needle sleeves and a bottom hem.
